Hi there, I'm Engin. I am an experienced educator with a strong background in science and mathematics. I hold a PhD in Biochemistry, a master’s in Chemistry, and a bachelor’s in Biology, along with hands-on teaching experience as a K-12 substitute teacher in North Clackamas School District. Moreover, I am a certified coach in Clackamas United Soccer Club and have experience working with many different age groups.

My diverse academic and professional background has given me a solid foundation in STEM topics, allowing me to guide students through the challenges of various subjects with clarity and confidence. I can help your student excel in following subjects:

I use lots of memory techniques to make students remember the materials easily, such as using colorful drawings, visual tools to demonstrate the concepts, mnemonic systems, and methods like memory palace to remember keywords.

In addition to teaching, I have over 10 years of experience in the biotech, software, and pharmaceutical industries. I’m happy to offer career guidance for students curious about STEM careers or college planning.

Rates & Details:

• $90/hour. Same rate for up to 3 students per session, in other words:

  • $45 per student for 2 students

  • $30 per student for 3 students

• Free 30-minute trial session available

• All local sessions are held at the Happy Valley Library. I also offer online sessions for remote students.
